The recipient is notified of their gift by message and email, and receives a link to accept the gift online. If your gift is not accepted by the recipient after 30 days, you will receive store credit so that you can send a gift to someone else.

Yes, you can add a note to your gift at the last step of checkout. Look for the Message field and press "Add". Your message will display to the recipient privately and will also be delivered on a note with your gift when possible.

Yes, they're really real. These are not just virtual gifts, with of course the exception of items in the Virtual Gifts category. For example, the recipient actually receives jewelry to wear, cookies to eat, and spa credits to enjoy.

The gift packaging will display RealGifts or the name of one of our vendor partners, such as a cookie company. We do not advertise the buyer name or details on the gift packaging, with the exception of a note that may be included with some gifts, such as floral arrangements.
